You have important life stories worth telling! Over the course of six weeks, participants will explore their hopes, experiences, and struggles through expressive writing exercises capturing significant life events. The focus of the workshop – empowerment
through writing – encourages everyone to share their powerful stories, providing an inspiring and supportive environment for self-expression!

Veterans, current active duty and reserve members of the armed forces, and family members are all welcome; no previous writing experience is needed!
