In this class participants will explore their authentic voice in a range of literary forms (poetry, plays, fiction, non-fiction, journaling) for the purpose of shaping and strengthening a distinctive writing style! Integrating writing exercises with a mindfulness approach, the class provides an inspiring and supportive environment for self-expression. Veterans, current active duty and reserve members of the armed forces, and family members are all welcome; no previous writing experience is needed!
