SEWING 101 FOR WOMEN
MINI COURSE SEWING 101 INFINITY SCARF
A CLASS FOR WOMEN
Have you been itching to learn to sew using a basic sewing machine? Do you have a sewing machine you bought ages ago, but it’s still in the box? Does the manual seem like it is written in a different language? This is YOUR CLASS! Learn to use a sewing machine while making your own infinity scarf! This class will walk you through fabric selection at a fabric shop, the basic mechanics of a sewing machine, including how to properly thread your machine. Grace will help students prepare fabrics for crafting then show you how to follow a simple pattern to make your scarf. This class lasts only four weeks, yet students will have a scarf and a newfound love of sewing by the time the class wraps up!
We will have some machines available to borrow for students who do not already own one, but if you do have your own, it would be great for you to bring it in! But please be sure to have it recently serviced and in working order.
