Virtual Ab Workout

Workout from the comfort of your home!  Set to upbeat music, you will work your entire core and learn new exercises to help sculpt your rectus, external and internal obliques, and transverse abdominal muscles!  This class is for all fitness levels and provides a quick and challenging workout that can fit into your busy day

LOCATION: Online with Zoom
ZOOM INFORMATION: Zoom is a free video conferencing platform that gives us the opportunity to connect with our peers during this pandemic.  Zoom can be used from any computer with a camera, smartphone or tablet.  Downloading the free Zoom app give you access to Zoom features.

Feb 6th: Intermediate Ab Remix Fitness Class (All abdominal muscle groups) 9am to 9:45am 
Feb 13th: One More Rep Ab Class! 9am to 10 am (All fitness levels, modifications available for beginners)
Feb 20th: One More Rep Ab Class! 9am to 10 am (All fitness levels, modifications available for beginners)
Feb 27th: One More Rep Ab Class! 9 am to 10 am (All fitness levels, modifications available for beginners)
