Military Missions In Action (MMIA) is dedicated to assisting veterans with disabilities, members of the Armed Forces and their families. MMIA has two locations: Southern Pines, NC and Fuquay-Varina, NC.

This veteran service organization offers volunteer opportunities for veterans and their family members, helping them get involved in their community. Two examples of these opportunities are (but, not limited to):
– Companies and individuals donate a variety of items to Military Missions In Action, from bathtubs to golf clubs to furniture. Some of it they use and some of it is donated to veterans.  Volunteers are needed to pick up these items.
– Whether or not you have a construction skill, help is always needed for building a wheelchair ramp or remodeling a home. Each project requires both skilled and unskilled volunteers.

Contact us for more information on getting involved in your community with Military Missions In Action.
